Question: Can You Believe What NTEU Tells You?
Answer: Not When It Matters!

NTEU has been taking credit for a lot of progress that they had nothing to do with. Around the country, Treasury employee representatives have taken credit for the work done by AFGE. Hear what your co-workers have to say:

NTEU’s lie on SPP
“When I read the words of NTEU President Colleen Kelley that ‘NTEU has long led the fight against screening privatization at TSA,’ I find her words offensive. The fight against SPP started here in Montana. AFGE fought long and hard to end SPP. They were with us all the way. Not only did NTEU not help us but now they are willing to lie about it to try and make themselves look better. I will publicly cast my vote here and now for AFGE.”

NTEU falsely taking credit for AFGE’s representation
“When I was with a fellow TSO who welcomed me back to work at TSA and wished me well, the next words I heard shocked me to the core. The co-worker said that I was fortunate that NTEU was able to help me get my job back. I was shocked, thinking to myself, “No! It was AFGE that helped me. What, are you serious? Why would anyone think that NTEU helped me? I was improperly fired. It was AFGE’s experienced legal team that assisted in returning me to work. Shame on NTEU for falsely taking credit!”

AFGE is the only union that has dedicated nearly a decade of effort fighting for the rights of TSA officers. Without AFGE's efforts, there would be no upcoming election. Without AFGE's efforts, collective bargaining and other new workplace protections would not have become a reality.
